• We use UPS, USPS or Fedex for all orders shipped in the US. Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped standard shipping takes 2-8 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week of ordering depending on location. Please purchase package protection at checkout as Iltex is not responsible for lost packages. If you have package insurance and have not received your package, please reach out to us within 3 days. 


  • *COVID-19: Orders are still shipping same or next business day, but please be mindful of possible shipping delays by the carrier due to the current situation. We have not seen any such delay but we appreciate your patience incase you do experience a delay. 


  • Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through carrier tracking services.

  • All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Iltex Apparel. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Iltex Apparel delivers these items to the carrier.

If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Houston, Texas, you're in luck!  Iltex Apparel offers free local pickup!  Just call us and let us know this order is for pick up and we will get your order ready according to the date and time you provide.
