Shipping Information

At ILTEX Apparel, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: We use USPS and UPS for all shipments within the US. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Most customers receive their order within a week.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package through the carrier’s tracking services or via our tracking link
  • Responsibility: Please note that ILTEX Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. It is the carrier's responsibility to ensure safe delivery.
  • Package Protection (Route): To safeguard your order, we offer package protection through Route, which can be added at checkout. If any issues arise, such as lost or damaged packages, you can file a claim through Route for assistance.

 

Local Pickup

If you're located in Houston, Texas, we offer a free local pickup option:

  • Choose "Local Pickup" during checkout, and your order will be ready within 24 hours.
  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup location: 7636 Harwin Dr, Suite 101, Houston, TX 77036.
  • Pickup hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • For missing items, contact us as soon as possible, and we will ship the replacements right away.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number when sending back returns so we can track the delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at (832) 812-1864 or email us at info@iltexapparel.com. All returns must be authorized by someone at ILTEX Apparel before being processed.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
  • Customers must provide a tracking number for the returned items so we can track the delivery.
  • Please contact us via phone or email to arrange an exchange. All exchanges must be set up through us before sending any items back.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference:

  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
  • Please note, no returns or exchanges will be processed without prior authorization.
